Brainstorming Ideas

Our journey started in October of 2020 when we started brainstorming ideas to help solve challenges due to COVID-19. We realized that once the vaccine was ready, the next major hurdle would be to efficiently distribute vaccines and vaccinate all 1.3 billion Indians.

Website & Prototype developments

In November we focused on website and prototype development. We started by identifying 75 challenges for vaccine distribution in India. Then we demonstrated the mapping of these challenges to solutions using a process involving stratification with a fishbone diagram, the TRIZ model and more.

Presented at ‘Vaccine for all’

In December we were shortlisted as one of the 11 teams globally to present our work at the MIT Boston ‘Vaccine for all’ conference. Since then we have continued to develop and enhance our prototype.

Qualified for EY-Techathon

In January we were selected for the EY Techathon #iSolve4aBillion semi-finals.

Launching Beta version

In February we were selected as the finalist for EY Techathon #solve4aBillion challenge. And we will launch the beta version of the prototype.

Crowdsourcing Feedback

In March and April we will connect with the citizens of our country through our website for suggestions on fresh challenges, solution strategies and feedback.

Complete Product Launch

In May of 2020 we will launch the complete product.

Motivation

Imagining India …. will require the courage and optimism to embrace good ideas and not remain imprisoned by bad ones. It is all about execution. It is not enough to get the ideas right; they have to be adopted. And it is not enough to adopt them; they have to be implemented correctly. And it is not enough to implement them correctly' they have to be constantly reviewed and adjusted over time as we see what works and what doesn‘t.
